Pacific Concrete & Grading is led locally by Joseph Gurlov, with Danny Russo as partner. The Charlotte branch is growing, but the company story does not start from zero - Pacific has roots in Vancouver, Washington and brings that background into the work being built here in North Carolina.
The focus is simple: concrete and grading work that gets handled clearly. Pacific helps with site prep, grading, pour-day planning, flatwork, patios, driveways, slabs, walkways, footings, and related concrete projects for homes, businesses, builders, and contractors around Charlotte.
